Additional Pokémon Specs

Specs added by NeoExtras. There are currently only 2 specs, described below.

Max IV Spec

This spec alters a pokémon's IVs to guarantee a certain amount of IVs being a value of 31. Testing this spec will match if the pokémon has the amount or greater maximized IVs.
Format: max_ivs=[amountOfIVs]

Min IV Percent Spec

This spec guarantees a certain percent or higher across all of a pokémon's IVs, distributing them randomly. Testing this spec will match if the pokémon has a total percent equal to or greater than the percent argument.
Format: min_iv_percent=[percent]

Self OT Spec

This spec sets a pokemon's OT to it's owning player. Testing this spec will match if a pokemon's OT is it's owning player.
